At Santhosh Farm, owned by Madhu Ramakrishnan, earthworms do the job of ploughing and manuring at Narikkalpatti Village, near Kottur Malaiyandipattinam in Pollachi. Madhu Ramakrishnan is a follower of Masanobu Fukoda, known as the father of organic farming.
